On June 13, 1977, three young girls were raped and murdered at a Girl Scouts sleep away camp in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The investigation that followed has spanned several decades with unexpected twists and turns, and allegations of lies and coverups that continue to this day. This four-part comprehensive series shares in-depth details: incidents that occurred leading up to the day of the tragedy; interviews with law enforcement, the families of the young victims, and friends and family of the accused; the history of the area and local beliefs and customs during the time the crimes occurred, and much more. There are many conclusions as to who committed these heinous acts. After watching, what are your ideas about what really happened?
