Taped five and half weeks to prior to the 2000 IFBB Mr. Olympia and covers all four different training sessions. This dvd has the famous footage of him deadlifting 805lbs, doing 495lb bent over rows, 200lb dumbbell presses and tons more! Also includes uncut footage of his 585 lbs front squat attempt to finish. Absolutely the one of the best motivational hardcore bodybuilding dvd's available!!
