While broadcasting an episode of iCarly, Carly jokes, saying that she can beat a boxer named Shelby Marx. Shelby agrees to an exhibition match for charity and publicity. But, when it looks like Carly pushed Shelby's grandmother down when she really didn't, Shelby is angry and she wants to really hurt Carly.
